Ok so basically what happens is Cinderpelt wakes up and is a StarClan cat, than she sees Yellowfang who tells her that she gets a second life and to reincarnate into Cinderkit, she goes to the nursery watching the kits for a while. Than she reincarnates into Cinderkit who gets a fur marking that resembles Cinderpelt's leg injury.
