(in progress) Dahab is a small tourist town in South Sinai, Egypt on the Gulf of Aqaba coast and surrounded by desert mountains. The community consists of Bedouins, Egyptians, and foreigners. Many Bedouin still keep herds of goat, sheep, and camels. Water sports are popular here! Marmareyya is the Arabic word for sage, and is a typical spice added to Bedouin tea.
