I'm back! For this project, take a cutout (cardboard or paper) and put it over paper! Then take a toothbrush (that you will NOT be using to brush your teeth for obvious reasons :D) Then run your finger over the bristles after putting some paint on the brush and it should splatter! Hope it turns out well! Make sure to put something down before doing this, as it can get messy sometimes! (i learned from experience)
