Unfortunately, these disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and so many more, are not widely publicized or taken care of. Some people think that eating disorders aren't bad like other mental disorders. This is so wrong. Eating disorders can be life threatening. About every minute, an individual dies as a direct result from an eating disorder. Only one in ten people with an eating disorder get the support and treatment that they need. This isn't a joke. Everyone should do whatever they can to support someone with any kind of disorder. And if someone with an eating disorder is reading this, don't give up. It's OK. It will all be OK. Please don't do anything that will harm you. You are an amazing person and I love you. Please get the support that you need, open up to someone about your problems, I promise it will help.
