How to use this project: 1. Select any of the given songs. 2. Wait for the project to load the song. 3. Listen - Please scroll down for details on all extra features while listening to a piece. While listening to a piece, you can do 3 things: -Skip forwards or backwards to other parts of the song -Transpose the song - This means to shift the notes of the song by a specific number of semitones. This is quite a fun thing to experiment with. -Change the songs speed or tempo To do this, just drag the sliders. It is self-explanatory which sliders are which. The bottom slider is what shows you how far you are into a piece. You can use this slider to skip to parts of the song. The slider at the very top (roughly in the middle) is used for transposing the piece. The slider in the top-right is used for changing the songs speed. If you want to exit a piece, just click the arrow in the top-left section of the screen.
Unfortunately, the timings can be messed up sometimes (Very sorry, but it isn't that bad luckily). It's mainly because of how many times the MIDI player has to search through the MIDI to find out which notes should be played at which time. Re-shared due to some new updates that I have created. This project was inspired by @RokCoder's MIDI playlist. Seeing that such a thing is possible, I chose to make my own version. I hope you like it and enjoy listening to the songs! There are 12 songs in the MIDI playlist at the moment. Please recommend any songs you would like to see in the project and I'll add them in! When suggesting songs, it would be good to try and find a MIDI version of it. If you do find a MIDI version of the song, please link it for me to download. Only use sites like vanBasco's midi search or BitMidi to find these MIDI files, as you could otherwise accidentally stumble upon websites with viruses or unusual downloads. (Schindler's List) I added this song as remembrance of the millions of people who lost their lives during the Holocaust. I'll be adding more of these kinds of special songs from now on. If there's a moment in history you would like me to add a song as remembrance to, please by all means suggest adding it to me.
