She does this because she never really got any physical affection growing up (or like, ever..) So it's her way of showing her affection. Fun Fact #2: Yoshiko is surprisingly better with kids than she is with adults or others her age. Most likely because they don't talk about serious topics or political aspects. They just kinda have their own imaginary worlds half the time, so she feels more comfortable around them. Fun Fact #3: It actually takes quite a lot to make Yoshiko angry or mad, but if she is mad, well... You're most likely done for. She doesn't lash out, or yell. She just kinda blankly stares into your- not really. She just kinda emits that dark aura, like the one where you know you're dead, but she's still smiling like nothing is wrong. Yeah, that.
