*AuDiBlE eXhAlE-* Here we go- Misty is a Todoroki- and yes im including the Dabi=Toya theory thingy cuz it fits- anywho Dabi pretty much went big bro protecc mode and "kidnapped" Misty after the tea kettle situation with Todoroki and she grew up with the league of villains so she considers herself a villain, she escaped not to long ago and is now a student at UA (in class 1A ofc -w-) Quirk: Quirk creation , she can freeze time (no pun intended^^) and create a potion of whatever quirk she wants. So yes, she can give other people quirks and students at UA mock her saying that it's a villain quirk. She is meant to be Todoroki's twin. The situation with her disguise is that she created a fashion quirk that can make her look whatever way she wants, she kept her eye color the same and changed up her hair. (pic on the left) Crush, again if you guys didn't know yet she now has a BF- wanna know who? HEAR ME OUT- Dabi isn't a flippin monster, and Misty couldn't just be locked up at the base all her life so.... INKO IS DA BABYSITTER- Yep. The League has a babysitter- pretty crazy, huh? I know it is a bit of a stretch but come on? you guys know me WAY too well, I just gotta be extra with things and it would make a PERFECT plot twist... not sure if Bakugo and Deku should know about her being a villain tho…. tell me in the comments and lemme know cuz me just typing this is making me regret this xD Investigate UvU
