Edit 22, this really wasn't good and I see why they didn't want it, I had fun making it at the time though! ( May 1st 20 ) ...so yeah uh this took a few hours... UnderRule is an AU where Flowey controls everyone (the name is a play on overrule, which means to reject or disallow something by asserting one's authority.), and wraps everyone in vines, etc, after stealing the human SOULS.
