update: due to some problems grim got taken out of the dta, but i'll keep this here for a bit 'cause i'm too lazy to unshare it lol. aa this dta is super cool, all of @woodenspoon322’s designs are imaginative and i liked a lot of them but grim is just so sO precious,, i couldn’t pass up the chance to enter for him uwu ✿ click to see traditional sketches + a small moodboard ✿ bio name: grim age: immortal but around 1000 years old gender: male species: some kind of spirit personality: kind, softhearted, and helpful, though sensitive and somewhat shy once you first meet him. abilities: telekinesis, as his hands are quite small and it proves efficient in daily tasks likes: his bird friend, his job, plants, helping out dislikes: accidentally stepping on bugs, forgetting things extras: he’s mute :0 backstory thingy: grim is apart of a species that take care of plants in the afterlife for nature. after plants and trees die on earth, their "souls" get sent to an afterlife free of humans where they start out as sprouts and start their whole life cycle over again. grim is one of the caretakers in the afterlife and spends his time helping plants of all different ages thrive and grow. despite his name, grim is probably one of the kindest folks around and loves helping in any way he can. besides growing plants he also travels (although, it’s more like wandering around with no set destination), takes frequent little vacations to do so, and brings back small souvenirs to his family members. one of what /could/ be considered a souvenir is a little blue bird grim had found. after meeting, they quickly became best friends and are now rarely seen without one another. grim’s hat, which he typically wears whenever he travels, is his prized possession. it was a gift from a friend of his own kind that he had also met during a trip. nowadays grim is typically found gardening or performing daily chores in his greenhouse with his bird friend perched nearby. :) ✿ credits dta || @woodenspoon322 art || me ( @sleepyplant / @Iciclis ) moodboard || content came from pinterest and was put together in canva thumbnail || made in procreate music || "ghost choir" by Louie Zong minimal coding || me again ✿ tags
