Hatch eggs. After you've hatched the first one, press N to keep hatching, otherwise you'll lose all your progress. Press P to see your Pokedex and press O to close it.
There are 59 different Pokemon to hatch, except some of them are quite rare and one of them is ridiculously rare. Not telling which.
