(she's really cool and really inspired me go check her out.) Seriously this is crazy. Without further ado, here are the rules and regulations! READ THEM ALL. PLEASEM. Part of this is a contest to get your character to be important. 1. You must remix to enter. You can use a base if you give clear credit. 2. NO HYBRIDS (yet) ALL tribes are needed EXCEPT RainWings. NO animus dragons, future seers, or mind readers, or any other unusually powerful dragons. Lost Continent dragons are also not needed, sorry. 3. When you give me a character, it may have a quick appearance or become more important. Your character is MORE LIKLEY to become important if they have an interesting personality or backstory that just happens to fit in with the future of the plot. 4. When I accept a character for the contest, it becomes MINE to change and work with. I will try and stay true to personality and appearance but I might mess up, and your character might even get a best friend or become essential later on. I currently think that VERY FEW characters will become this important, one or mayyybe two. Some might get lines, some won't. 5. You MUST BE AWARE that you are GIVING me a character when you check the CONTEST box. Checking the CAMEO box means that that you will get a quick cameo and maybe lines, and the character stays YOURS, but you won't have the chance to be added to the plot. YOU WILL GET CREDITED either way. 6. Please do not choose characters that represent sensitive topics, have mental issues or conditions that would need to be represented, or have religious, political, or cultural symbols integrated into their character design. Obviously you can believe whatever you want to get in, but I've had too little contact with these kinds of people in my life to be comfortable with representing them fairly. 7.
