Recipe Ingredients 500 grams pork mince (or chicken or turkey) 1 cup fresh coriander leaves and stems 250 gram (jar) plum sauce 1/4 cup sweet chilli and ginger sauce Steps 1. In a large bowl, mix together pork mince and coriander and season with sea salt and cracked pepper. 2. Using a generous tablespoon, roll into balls. 3. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the balls until golden. 4. Combine plum sauce and sweet chilli and ginger sauce. 5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes; tossing occasionally. Note from @Kangaroo-- - I cooked this for dinner and 250 grams of plum sauce is really unnecessary. It makes it very sweet. The meat makes 12 meatballs.
