+++ CONTROLS +++ [←] or [A] keys: Move cannon to the left [→] or [D] keys: Move cannon to the right (if you're on mobile, there are buttons you can use on-screen) Click/tap: shoot Force-On • Use the Force-Ons to redirect the path of the particles. • When particles collide, their charges will add up. +++ OBJECTIVE +++ • Ensure that particles reach a charge of 0. • Don't let particles reach a charge greater than +5 or less than -5. Some game modes have restrictions on any of the above. +++ STORY +++ You and your team of scientists at the Large Scratch On Collider have discovered a new subatomic particle, dubbed Particle Z. However, this particle is not as innocent as it appears! Use your force particle cannons to neutralize ("nullify") the swarm of Particle Zs before they wreak havoc! There are seven game modes. If you're new, I recommend the standard. Give the others a go if you think you're up for a challenge! • One Life: as the name suggests, you only get one life — don't mess up! • Super Speed: particles begin at twice their usual speed. • Fives and Zeros: only three types of particles will appear: (+5), (*0) and (*5) • Frenzy: particles will spawn at a quicker rate. • Static Cannon: the cannon is fixed at x = 0. • Particle Q: particles' charges will be hidden once they enter the chamber — be sure to remember their charges! When two particles collide, the resultant particle's charge will be shown momentarily, too. Select a game mode and hit play in the bottom-right corner to start! Have fun! +++ TIPS +++ • Fast particles are harder to control. Slow them down first! • Force-Ons bounce off the walls. Use them to your advantage, such as redirecting Force-Ons close to the left/right sides of the chamber. This will become particularly useful in the "Static Cannon" game mode. ———————————————————— My highscores: (will be updated) • Standard: 45 • One Life: 12 • Super Speed: 17 • Fives and Zeros: 23 • Frenzy: 51 • Static Cannon: 16 • Particle Q: 26 What are yours?
