North=Up key, South=Down key, West=Left key, East=Down key and Build city=Space. City types: Regular(Red), Coastal(Blue), Under water(Also blue), Desert(White) and Arctic(Brown).
I did it in one day and I could make updates. You will eventually run out of cities to build but you can still explore.
