So the person that did part 19 featured Rue's death, so i decided to continue my part based on that! It looks really lazy, and i apologize for that. I was a little rushed, and i didn't end up lining it. I'm sorry it took a couple weeks to actually buckle down and complete the part, i hope this works and if it isn't satisfactory i'd be glad to fix it up!
