Click the shrine to check it off Two shrines are missing balls, which are in the center of the map. Those aren't real shrines. The green shrines are DLC, so don't worry about finding all of them unless that's what your working on.
My friend was playing BOTW when they wanted to get all the shrines. It was very bothersome for them to check which ones they'd gotten, however, because the best thing was just a picture. This was made so that I could tick off the shrines that he needed. Thanks to Google for the image
