All you have to do is click the flag, and either click the part of the face you want to change or click the button that corresponds with the part you want to change. Click the background to change the design, and click "all done" to hide the buttons, and you can save the project as your profile pic, more info about that is in the "Notes and Credits" section* :) This is unisex, which means it works for whatever gender you are. Fullscreen is recommended.
