mainly for chromeworks i was able to download sounds, i pressed export. then i went to audacity. it didn't work. so i went to vegas pro (i use 15.0), exported it as a wav 32 bit float PCM, went back to audacity, vocoded it, saved the project, exported it as a WAV file, went back to scratch and imported the sound. i hope he understands how i did it
