Instructions: Simply write your message, which will be filtered using the classic 'Safe Chat Room' system. But, there are way more fun features to play around with! You may see a lot of boxes on the screen. These boxes have arrows to each side of them. Press these arrows to change certain settings (the kind of setting is inferred by what can be seen in the box). The role of each box or setting will now be given here: Evidence box: This box is next to the message box. Here you can change what evidence you want to present alongside your message. There are many kinds of evidence you can present! Make sure to use this evidence wisely if you are acting in a role play! Character box: This is next to the evidence box. This allows to change your character. This is quite simple to understand so I won't explain much here. Song box: Below the character box you can find the song box. Using this, you can change what music is being played in the courtroom. Remember, everyone listens to the same music as you. Because of that, everyone can see what you change the music too. Sound box: Below the song box you find the sound box. This would usually say 'silence' in it if nothing has been done with it. Changing this setting will change what sound plays when you send your message. Shout box: Below the sound box is the shout box. This box is for changing what your player shouts when you send your message. Your player can only shout the following three things: 'Objection!' 'Take that!' and 'Hold it!' Court box: Below the shout box is the court box. This is for changing the court theme. Everyone, similarly to the music box, can see the same court theme. Please don't spam this button too much as we don't be hurting anybody's eyes! Emotion box: To the left of the court box, you find the emotion box. Change this setting with the arrows to change your character's emotion on-screen when you send a message. Investigations Box: Clicking this will take you to the investigations area. More on this can be found later in the instructions box. Judge controls: If you are a judge, press the gavel button to use your gavel, and the other two buttons to hand down your verdict. Crosss-examination button: Press this to show that a cross-examination is happening. Witness testimony button: Press this to show that a witness testimony is happening. Exclamation mark button: Toggle this on if you want a flash and a realisation sound to happen when you send your message Investigations: All controls remain practically the same. Except for one new feature. This feature allows you to toggle where you want to go during your investigation. Press the move button to move to that place. Chatlog: Here you can see previous messages sent only throughout your gameplay session. Use the scroll chat log arrows to look through the chat log.
