My iteration of Windows 8.1 for Scratch I most likely am not finishing this; Please feel free to use this as a template for your own OS! *****UPDATES***** 1. The desktop and start backgrounds have been changed 2. Tiles no longer have an outline when clicked 3. Username info and picture added 4. Feedback added (not working) 5. Start menu now prevents you from clicking two or more tiles at one time, which can cause glitching
