Happy birthday to Minecraft, a game now of 11 years of age. Even if it's been memed on quite a bit, this game has made so many of our childhoods and this is a tribute of our thanks. Another MAP (Multiple Animator Project) begun and completed within 5 days! You're all amazingly talented, and thanks so much to those of you who didn't hesitate to finish right away and to those who had great cooperation. During these tough times, it's always great to do something calming and refreshing. So, I thought, why not have a good blast to the past? You can never go wrong with some nostalgia, and this MAP shows. While this is a tribute for the absolute jewel of a game, Minecraft, it's also a tribute to the past in general, and what great memories come with it. Even if the past is the past and you can only appreciate that through memories, I want to remind you that you *are* in the good old days, and you *are* in the past. Take the time to appreciate what is shaping who you are, to this very second. What are the things that you will look back on when you're older the same way you look back on games like this right now? How can you truly make the most of these moments and appreciate them? This was probably the most fun MAP I've hosted, and the general opinion of all of these amazing animators were just as positive. It's not very often you're told that someone genuinely had such a good time animating something you created, and for that I'm honored, as it were. It's hard to put into words how honestly ecstatic I am that this had at least a relatively positive impact. With all that icky sappy stuff done, I'd like to give a big thanks to every single person who helped make this possible within such a short timespan! Thanks to the participants in this MAP who were the only ones who could have made it look like what it does today! Everyone's turned out unbelievable for such a short time frame and I'm honored to have been a part of this with all of you. 1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6- 7- 8- 9- 10- 11- 12- To for winning the thumbnail contest- To those who sacrificed their time into creating stunning thumbnail entries even if that be at the cost of not being granted the winner- (x2) And to those who were willing to back up any unfinished parts, even at the risk of having LESS than 72 hours to do so! Although they did not participate in the MAP because nearly everyone finished so easily and fast, their sacrifices are still worth mentioning. Finally, special things to for signing as a backup and filling in for part 2 within a mind-blowing 23 hours! This is exactly what you love to see and I really do appreciate that you did that so quickly while still keeping your animation clean and amazing as ever.
