use arrow keys or aswd to move, you are the blue square. the rest of the instructions are in the game. also sadly there is a glitch. it mostly happens in level 9. if ever you sink into the terrain just go to see inside and move your character. plz do not cheat by this. to prevent this, avoid jumping into green pillars, walking into them is the only way. please comment if you know how to fix this. Also on the last level there is no yellow block it is replaced with a rainbow portal.
