slice the vegetables (green) and avoid the bombs (black) by swinging your mouse into them. This went much better than my 5 min version, it is actually in the semblance of a game! (a very boring one, but all the concepts are there!) I need to make them fire in different spots and directions, make a score counter, and of course, I need to make it look pretty! This seems pretty reasonable to do in 60 minutes, and I can't wait to see how it turns out! This is a parody of the popular mobile game Fruit Ninja. I am aware of how poor the quality of this instance is, check the Notes and Credits section as to why. I, of course, do not claim this as an original idea, or as a thing of Halfbrick studios, or anything like that. This is purely a game I wanted to recreate for my own enjoyment, to test my own coding skills, and hopefully your enjoyment as well, dear Reader. Thank you for playing this game! You're Awesome! You're even more awesome if you read all of this!!
This is part of my speed programming series. I have 5, 20, and 60 minutes to make a game, and must start from Scratch each time. (pun intended) This is the Second attempt. (20 min) --------------------------------------------------------------------- See the 5-minute attempt here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/396050861/ See the 60-minute attempt here: You can find all my other Speed programming games/Challenges in my studio here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/6248498/ Everyone is welcome to do this, and I would really really love to see everyone's projects. Share them with me, and I'll add them to the studio!
