Hey guys! I’ve decided to host a contest, as you can see - in this one, you’ll be designing a new type of eeveelution (one of the Pokémon eevee’s many forms). Sadly, Pokémon only has 8 eeveelutions... but now, you can design the eeveelution of your dreams that you wish they would add! The winners get PRIZES, and who doesn’t like prizes? Anyways, onto the rules :3. Rules: - Names must end in “-eon.” For example, the grass type eeveelution is leaf-eon. The dark one is umbr-eon. Others won’t be counted. And no, the name is not talking about the name for an individual, but the name for the whole eeveelution species. The name part is optional if you can’t think of one, but you get better chances with one. - You can’t choose a type that an eeveelution has already been made for. No water, fire, ice, electric, grass, fairy, dark, or psychic. Bug, fighting, ground, poison, ghost, sky, dragon, etc. are acceptable. - Oh, this kind of goes hand on hand with that last one - you can only use the types that Pokémon has made. No sun or moon or candy types, or whatever other weird stuff you might wanna do :P. - Make it look at least somewhat like an eevee and it’s evolutions - it can’t look nothing like it. - Use your own designs. Don’t just look up “bug type eeveelution designs” and copy that in your own art style. N o. Originality and creativity is greatly appreciated. - No whining or guilt tripping if you don’t win. And please refrain from saying things like, “oh, I’ll never win :(“ or “my art is trash.” - No insulting other people’s entries. Duh. If so I will disqualify and report you B). - Don’t recolor, trace, or steal art. And for this contest, I’d prefer if you didn’t use a base (not that that would make much sense lol). - You can make as many designs as you want. - Dual-types are fine, but it must include at least one type that they don’t already have an eeveelution for. Closes on June 25 :3 Tips: - Make multiple pieces of artwork/animation - Do a full ref sheet - Originality/creativity - Give it a name - A comic with the eeveelution(s) would be really cool!! Idc if it’s short lol Feel free, even if you lose, to use your eeveelution as your own species (w/ credit to Pokémon ofc), and make ocs or rps out of it. ***WINNING SPECIES WILL BE PUT INTO A RP! No worries, you will be credited, and no, you don’t need to be a part of the rp*** Prizes!: The winning for each type gets to be in a rp, gets a free full bod of their oc, as well as a bust of their eeveelution. Otherwise, the placings are based off of just which ones I like best in general. If we get 9 or less entries by July 1st: 1st: A full body, a design and an animated pfp 2nd: A bust, a design, and a still pfp 3rd: A design If we get 10 or more entries by July 1st: 1st: Shaded full bod, complex design + full ref sheet, animated pfp 2nd: Full bod, regular design, animated pfp 3rd: Half bod, regular design, still pfp 4th: Bust, regular design, still pfp 5th: Simple design, still pfp If we get 15 or more entries by July 1st: I will pick 3 honorable mentions who will all get a still pfp.
