Rules: 1. Use the pallette or die 2. Most of the setting is in the Place of Cold Waters so you can ignore the Woods part of the palette unless told so. 3. The dead characters have to be in ghost effect so don't combine the background with the animation. 4. You really don't have to animate this. It's a PMV so you can do a couple frames and slide effects and stuff. 5. NO WORDS. It's a PMV, but don't put any words. 6. For heaven's sake, please don't use programs that put a weird white outline around your work. 7. Heatherkit is the size of a newborn kit. She's tiny. 8. If you use like a 10 pen size or don't know how to use the fill bucket, I don't want you in the PMV.
