Click on the green flag or press "r" to activate the canon, and to reset the target to a random location. Then press the space bar each time you want to make the cannonball fire. You can adjust the initial x-speed and y-speed of the ball (with sliders or arrow keys), and the force of gravity. You can also change the simulation time increment. The goal is to hit the target with the fewest number of shots. If it looks like the ball is going over the target but not scoring, then try decreasing the time increment, and/or increasing the gravity setting so that the gravitational force is less.
This is a variant of cannonball simulation found here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/24908285 In that version, you control the angle and initial velocity of the ball, and there was no target, and no control over time increment.
