(There is no dropdash, don't ask for it.) To charge the Bullet Dash, hold X and any arrow key, and to launch in said direction, let go of the keys. The Bullet Dash will get faster depending on how long you held the buttons. To uncurl, press the C key. To curl, press the Z key midair. (If you want to move diagonally with the Bullet Dash, first press either up or down, then left or right.) (@The_Enterprise can you Toei-ify this?)
First of all, if you don't know about Sonic Freedom, let me explain: Sonic Freedom is a fangame set in the style of Sonic CD's cutscenes, or Toei Animation's Sonic. started by the artist Tripplejaz, and developed by MarmitoTH on Twitter. It's completely hand-drawn and animated, featuring one, massive stage to roam around. Hidden around the map are the seven Chaos Emeralds, which are not obtained by special stages. They're just hidden. It looks great, and I can't wait to play it or at least see footage of it when it's released. Here's a trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pShY04KGfXc And an FAQ video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wWxlXeb8rQ Go show them some love! (Tripplejaz can be found on both Twitter and YouTube.) Well, I've tried to replicate the mechanics which are in the current prototype, (I am not doing the parkour stuff. That's way to tricky,) which are the Bullet Dash, a midair attack which you charge up and release to shoot in any direction. (Basically a charged homing attack.) There's also the uncurl move, which is self-explanatory at this point. And finally a midair curl move, which is also to be expected or whatever. To charge the Bullet Dash, hold X and any arrow key, and to launch in said direction, let go of the keys. To uncurl, press the C key. To curl, press the Z key midair. I worked pretty hard on this, so I hope you enjoy! (Song by Michael Staples on Twitter.)
