Turn on or of turbo mode to use this. (Shift + Click Flag = Turbo Mode) In turbo mode, you can't see the cats move because they run the code too fast (it still runs the same code), but in normal mode, It runs 1 block ever 1/30 a second (because Scratch is an average of 30 frames per second)
