A studio were you can open up your own shop and sell your art/icons/items to other people for raindrops! ___________________________________________ Please only fill out the form in the main studio. ___________________________________________ Fill in this to join and open a shop: Username || What I plan to sell (This can change) || Codeword || How active you are || -–-–- Explanation: In ~Aquatic Kingdom~ you open up a shop with art/icons/requests/etc which you sell to other people for points. You then give your item of art to the person and alert a manager, who will take the points of the person who bought the item and give them to you. You can then use these points to buy other peoples art/icons. ___________________________________________ Extra info: - Everyone starts out with 100 raindrops - A shop must be a project - Please keep you prices simple, for example, 40 points, not 42.5 points - Two shops max, but you can sell as much stuff as you want in each shop. Collaboration shops do NOT count as part of your 2 shop limit. ___________________________________________ ALERT: Once someone owns your art/icon they can do whatever they want with it. This even means putting it in their own shop and selling it for a higher price. If you wish to avoid this put specific terms/policies in your shop. These might be: - If you put my art in your shop your can't sell it for more that what you bought it for - If you put my art in your shop you must give credit to me Or just: - You can't resell my art ___________________________________________ Extra Note: - If you are consistently active and are very organized you may become a manager - If you accept, this means you are willing to add/subtract the points for other peoples orders and stuff -Ask in the main studio's comments if you want to be one ___________________________________________ Bonus Tip: If your shop is at the bottom of all the shops it might not get as much notice. Every now and then, delete it and add it again. :3 ___________________________________________ Chores: Chores are things you can do for other members to get points. Here are some ideas for chores: - Have a link and banner to the shop in your signature (for allocated amount of time) - Deal with sales (such as informing customers when orders are complete) Alert: The member who hires you for the chores pays you. You must decided together the cost of the chores. ___________________________________________ Alerting about transactions: Please alert one of these people about the transactions: - - the Puffin Say something along these lines : "Hi ! I just sold my art/icon/item to for 40 points. Please update the studio thx! My number is and is ." You might have to change the above text depending on the situation. Always make sure you are very clear, otherwise chaos may follow. ___________________________________________ How do I set up a successful shop? 1. Think about what you are going to sell. It should be something you are comfortable doing and are good at. The more unique the thing you are selling the better. 2. Be clear and organised. If someone comes to your shop and can't figure out the prices and your shop is very cluttered and cramped, they are likely not to buy anything. 3. Be kind and considerate and lay down some rules. So things don't get chaotic you want to have a system and a way of dealing with transactions, otherwise you will end up losing points, not gaining. ___________________________________________ Collaboration shops: In collabaration shops you are basically splitting the jobs (and splitting the points).
