Please read it all. I'd like to tell you that even though you may not be able to go to a protest, you can still help by donating, signing a petition, or just spreading the word to your friends and followers. Black lives matter. I'm going to go ahead and tell you guys not to use the #AllLivesMatter, because even though they do, it downplays the severity of the situation. If you still don't understand, here's an example. Two people are at the same restaurant at the same time. One gets a heart attack, and one breaks their arm. The EMTs are going to help the person with a heart attack first, but that's not to say they're not both in pain, they are both in pain. But a heart attack is more severe. If you translate that to real life, it means that even though there's definitely other oppression in the world, right now it is most severe for blacks. Get it?
If I was going too fast: Ahmoud Arbury George Floyd Breonna Taylor These are the names we will never forget for they are teh faces of a movement that shouldn’t have to exist. This is the movement that should have ended when black women and wen were granted the right to vote. This is the movement that exists because people cannot accept that the color of a person’s skin does not make them a threat. White lives don’t matter until black lives do. And I stand by that and I live by that And I will say it louder until everybody can hear. I’m sorry, was that too loud? Did my talking about oppression ruin your perfect little bubble? This is a problem far bigger than us. Put aside our differences and stand for what is right. Because all lives don’t matter until black lives do. The only race is the human race.
