This is the first time I wrote a story for the DTAE, I hope you like it. Story: The bright lights of the roller rink flashed around Corey's face as he stepped in. The sound of loud music and people chatting filled his ears. It was a Friday night and the place was filled to brink. He made his way thourgh the people to a small room in the back. The karaoke room. The room was small and only handful of people were in it compared to the large crowd outside. He recognized everyone expect one. A newcomer who looked around his age with light brown hair cut very short and with a baggy jacket that was too big. Corey walked in and gave everyone a wave and sat in the big brown sofa. Karaoke was the only place Corey really felt confident. Maybe it was because he loved singing. Or maybe it was because he liked the vibe, but it just felt right. He sat, legs crossed waiting for his turn as one of his best friends, Sabrina sang Cheap Thrills for the fiftieth time. Tonight was going to be a good night.
