All the older deer had there magic, his deer tribe was taking him to the Kanuna tree to give him his powers.But scientist snatched him at the last moment and had taken him to there lab. He was experimented on and was bullied by the man made creatures in the lab.After a while the man made creatures finally escaped and left the lab under darkness, leaving Spencer to die. He felt dizzy and unconscious piercing his head through a old tv. An elder from another deer tribe took him up to the Kanuna tree and ditched him.Spencer pressed his hooves onto the tree but it wasn't granting him power. The elder came back with his tribe. His mother didn't recognize him and banished him to the shadowland.
