Use this project to design your own HIIT workout with alternating periods of exercise and rest time. After designing your workout and picking a trainer, the trainer will take you through the workout. By the way, the trainers don't show you the actual technique for each exercise, but the following YouTube playlist has a short video instruction for each one: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLettUX-P9QcFcPfBycle2tTH6_p56HSYC This project works well on mobile, so you can run the workout on your phone! To save your workout: 1. Remix the project 2. See inside the project 3. Run the project and design your workout with the settings you want 4. Run the project again so you get the first screen 5. Save the project and it will save your new variable values.
