Simple bezier curve / pen tool editor. Click and drag to create part of a curve. Add as many points as you'd like, and if you'd like to close off the shape, click the first point. Additionally, if you wish to edit nodes without closing the shape, press space and you will finish editing. Possibly part of a bigger project (?) Press "L" to increase/decrease quality. It is at 50 now, if you are lagging, try typing in 20.
