Story Time: This is supposed to represent Shani's(The cat in the meme) Struggles with, and hatred for the Anarchy that is Heroki's "Government". Heroki is a satellite planet for the Earth, meaning that they have intentions of colonizing it, partially because if the Earth should be put to waste- they would have a place to go. They also are after a said fungus- that supposedly can eat up pollution- it only grows on Heroki. Anyway, because of this, they opened up travel. Comes with the fact that they will be helping the people arriving adjust to the new atmosphere- except they aren't really. Being unadjusted to the air, it can cause mutations in certain groups of people- Shani was in this group. The "government" did nothing about it- basic reason why Shani's angry with the "government".
