Most of the doctors know her, which is useful see as how she wants to get into medical school. Leah is a great writer and storyteller, and would probably get published if she shared her work. She cares too much about what others think of her, which is probably why she's generally found alone and on the internet. She actually has a pretty big following on there. Even though she aged out of it a long time ago, Leah is still a frequent visitor to the children's ward. She's pretty popular in there, especially with the kids who've been there for a really long time, and have kind of adopted a group as her younger siblings. While Cedar as a character is actually a whole different person to Leah, she does admit to use some of her own traits to spice up the people she makes. For example, Cedar represents her sense of unfamiliarity with the wider world, and her wish go out and experience it for herself. Cedar is curious, but still hesitant.
