I have a notebook specifically for drawing out human stories and characters, that I got like last year. These are all the protagonists from that notebook. Basically, I love making stories and comics and such, even if I don’t put them on scratch. These are the protagonists of my stories. I’ll be rating them on: personality, colors, story, creativity, appearance, and overall how cute they are. This leads to a possible 60 points per protagonist. The main thing is that I’m not just rating them in general, I’m rating these as characters that I’ve made. Like, ‘is this character’s design original compared to other designs?’ That’s about it. Now on to the judgement! 1- Venus Raine Personality- She’s very bubbly and lively. She has hope in everyone and has no problem making both friends and enemies. For me, a lively character is hard to come by, even if it’s common in a lot of cartoons and comics. 6/10 Colors- Ahh!! They’re so bright!!! 8/10 Story- She lives in a world divided between humans and ‘myths’, who were humans who experienced what could be summarized as ‘magical genetic mutations’, giving them super powers. The world was divided over 100s of years ago. Now, Venus is the only half-human, half-myth in the world. And she won’t stop until she brings both sides together. 6/10 Creativity- 7/10 Appearance- Her power is known as ‘fish feet’. She’s normally human, but can turn into a human- mermaid combo. So like 1/4 fish. 3/4 girl. It’s weird, but really funny. At least she gets a lot of water powers from her fish half. 9/10 Cuteness-8/10 Overall- 44/60 2- April Personality- 7/10 Colors-6/10 Story- She’s a traveling mage, in a futuristic world where humans have colonized another planet, where, once mingling with the inhabitants, formed this RPG-like society. She and her fairy partner meet the zodiac signs, who, after protecting this world 300 years ago, mysteriously disappeared. One by one, she helps find each sign, who had been frozen in stone. After all this, they have to face Perseus, who believes he, and several other constellations, must replace the zodiacs as this planets guardians. 7/10 Creativity- 8/10 Appearance- Well, she is secretly a ‘low-level’ dragon, and not to her knowledge, but Draco the dragon constellation. It’s pretty hard hiding wings, even if they are tiny, under that coat, so 8/10 Cuteness- 9/10 Overall-44/60 Charlie Adams Personality- Run of the mill anxiety bean 5/10 Colors-7/10 Story- He’s a part of an alien-induced super hero team! Along the way he finds out he, himself, is 1/8th alien. The story is kinda bland, but it’s mostly is character-based. 6/10 Creativity- 6/10 Appearance- His superhero appearance is supposed to be knightly. I did this in a couple minutes, because I kinda rushed it (oof), but he looks so much better in his original drawing. The knightly thing is derived from the fact that he’s the heir to an alien thrown, being that, unlike his mom or grandmother, he has powers besides the ones he received with his friends. 6/10 Cuteness- 8/10 Overall- 34/60 Echo Slateworth and Jaiden Hopeland Normally I only have one protagonist, but this story specifically has two who are equally important. Personalities- 8/10 Colors- 9/10 Story- They’re story is basically, after getting hit by stars, they become literal weirdness magnets, causing them to encounter Robots, Time-Travelers, Magical Anime Girls, Shapeshifters, and a bunch more, all just in their high school. 8/10 Creativity- 8/10 Appearances-8/10 Cuteness- 7/10 Overall-48/60 Charlie Levinson/ Heart (I know two of these characters are named Charlie, but I trink it’s really cute, and I wanted a sweet gender neutral name for this character. Personality- 8/10 Color- 7/10 Story- After a mishap, a normal dude somehow ends up as the leader of a magical girl team. Normally having powers would seem cool, but is it really worth it to have to transform into a girl every time you use them? 8/10 Creativity- 8/10 Appearance-9/10 Cuteness-9/10 Overall-49/60 Rune Leveret Personality- He has the personality of an edgy rabbit 9/10 Color- 7/10 Story- He has the ability to see people’s codewords, which, when used around him, can fully unlock a person’s potential in dangerous, supernatural ways. It’s his job to keep people safe from the codewords and their powers. 8/10 Creativity- 8/10 Appearance- He looks a lot like Charlie, who I had made like a year ago, but he’s so much cooler, and his personality shines so much better. 7/10 Cuteness-13/10 Overall- 52/60 Overall: the best characters are in this order- Rune Charlie/Heart Echo and Jaiden Venus and April (tied) Charlie (the really old one) I’m sure no one cares, but this was fun to make! It’s fun to talk about these characters that I so adore!
