Space/Click I've been working on this for a while and unfortunately didn't document the foam carving process. Image overviews: 1 ~ Foam patterns and color key 2 ~ Draped fabric patterns and 2 panels that have not been sewn on yet 3 ~ Carved foam dino base, made by myself 4 ~ Picture of it farther away that I took for some reason 5 ~ Top spines 6 ~ Other side with the fabric I'm in the process of sewing pulled back 7 ~ Back point of tail (hard to see because the lighting and same-colored foam was weird) 8 ~ 'Meat' like cross-section portion of the tail that would rest on your backside when wearing 9 ~ Showing off the velcro beltloops, which were'nt a necessary feature, but I like the velcro 10 ~ Sewing progress. I had the whole thing sewn minus the spines, but you could see the stitching through it so I decided to restitch to get a cleaner seam.
All photos and tail belong to myself. It is a dino tail to match my irl best friend's dino hoodie, which is also why I used fabrics instead of furs and minkys.
