... well this certainly looked better in the art program, lol. ★ Thanks to @saphiralover for the awesome lineart, and to Lenka for the song! ★ Congrats on 400 followers, @saphiralover ! ★ I tried to incorporate closeted Pride into my entry, shading the dragon in nuetral hues while making the background and the eye rainbow, like the Pride flag. Although I'm not LGBTQ+ myself, besides being an ally, I support it whole-heartedly and hope that everyone can find happiness in how they love. ★ I thought Pride would be a cool theme to use, since it's Pride Month and Pride in general is just really beautiful and colorful. Also, the song title: "Everything at Once" speaks to Pride; it's a collection, not a single thing. It's all types of love at once, which is the true beauty of Pride, in my opinion. ★ I hope this isn't too gloomy, I tried to think of it as wistful and just a little bit hopeful! ★ Ignore the little black bits at the end, I just added them in to fill up the space because the entry didn't seamlessly fit into Scratch's backdrop. ★ I used Autodesk Sketchbook to draw it, then did a tiny bit of tweaking here and there in Scratch. (Although Scratch is great, Autodesk is a really awesome program to use; it has a ton of brushes for texture, blending, lineart, and coloring which is really cool, and it's free! I use it on my phone and it's actually really good, considering the screen size. I sound like an ad, lol) ★ I hope I didn't change the lineart too much, I went for more of a "realistic" (a.k.a. messy shading) look to get my affect, but I did change the expression a lot. ★ I hope this speaks somewhat to people of the LGBTQ+ community! Although I have no idea what battles you are going through, please stay strong and remember that your individuality is a GREAT THING! Take pride in who you are. (I know what I'm saying sounds really cliche, but believe in who you are.) If this didn't speak to you as a member of the Pride community, I hope you find it as a nice piece of art! ★ Wow that was long ★ Also is Pride supposed to be capitalized?
