Press space to bring up the modifiers, Change the modifiers to change whether or not you pull or push the dots with your mouse, the speed at which you do so, and the range of your "magnet". Oh and press r to reset them without resetting your modifiers.
I think I saw some project using a similar idea of just pushing stuff from your mouse but I don't remember the name or anything because I made this like a year ago -Erix
