You can pick the backdrop by google search. Type 'fruit ninja background,' choose backdrop, and put it in your file. How to put it in your file (just in case): right click, save image as, where you can open your file, go to the bottom of the file screen, where you see typed words, click on it, press enter. then go to your scratch profile, upload a backdrop, go to the bottom of the file screen, where you see typed words, click on it, press enter (again).
