whoo another process, but this one is more detailed >:D 1-sketch on paper! this helps me be satisfied with the body shapes and character qualities without getting frustrated. I seem to do my best sketching when I can't sleep (aka 3AM) also make sure the opacity is 100% 2-whoa this is hard to see, but I outlined some of the sketch in purple, I usually pick whatever color fits my groove, , notice how I only sketched the the body outline head and one wing 3-paw toe circles! these help my plan out how the paws will look. , , notice how I used a different color 4- leg s , , notice how I used a different colo r 5-whoops forgot about that wing , , different colo r 6-bye bye paper sketch 7-bye bye toe circles 8-fixed head shape, it was WAY too big before. , , I use mesh transform for this 9-whoops forgot about those tail feathers , , differen t colo r 10-now, I go under select to create selection from layer/opacity and color it black on a new layer, then I delete the colored layer to avoid colored remnants 11-base color 12-now on the same layer as the base color I select the transparent by the color square and fill the outside 13-base base colorings, , also I select the base color so I avoid coloring outside the lines 14-Kotori's patterns, , I use fluffy watercolor for this, at 41% opacity 15-whoops I got rid of that unnecessary blue mark on his back leg 16-some shading, I used pen and then gausian blurred it 17-more shading, I squiggled with pen and then motion blurred it 18-some lighting, pen and then I lens blurred it 19-some more shading, pen with some lens blurring 20-fixed colors, I just mess around with brightness and color hues until I'm satisfied 21-background, I got this from google, make sure that the photo you pick is labeled for reuse with modification 22-amplifying that sun, fluffy watercolor again 23-some modified cloud wisps 24-messed with colors/lighting again done! ||for the record I really hate how this turned out||
