This is my OC design for ScratchBoi28's OC contest. He totally needs it.
You may notice some major upgrades to this design. Xavier now has a gray hoodie instead of a red one. He also wears a red overcoat over the hooodie, inspired by Matt from Eddsworld. I added the shades just for fun, so I'm not gonna officially use shades for my OC.
