Press the flag and drag the items over to the cat. To feed the cat, just drag the bowl over and make it touch the cat, so that you can feed it. Drag the bowl back to where you found it when the cat has been fed. To give the cat water, just do the same thing you did with the food. Same with the ball. To move the glasses just click them.
