This is for @simplystrawberry's DTIYS contest! Meet Ebony! Orphaned and found by fairies as a newborn, her bi-colored hair and eyes are the result of a nasty argument her foster fairy parents had about which fairy she should take after. Her mother, Olivia, a cheery fairy with cotton-candy pink hair and eyes, thought she should look like her, and same with the father, Aspen, a mysterious man with bright blue eyes and pine-tree green hair. Growing up with two fairy parents was not easy, especially when they can't measure clothes right. Notice you can't see her hands? Olivia sewed the jacket to fit a human girl, but she made it a little too big. She did get the other clothes right, though! Ebony is a teenage girl that, although raised by fairies, has found life in the modern world much easier. No more tiny people with wings to avoid stepping on every day! She has made lots of friends, and, although does not have any fairy-like magical powers, she impresses them with her knowledge and storytelling of the kingdom she grew up in. The End.
