The animation from @Vectorii's logo border animation 2 is a lot better than the animation that was originally in logo border animation 1 (later was replaced with a demo). However, the engine to draw the border from #1 is more precise, smoother (thanks to -GreenCat-'s vector cover idea), and faster. So, by combining these concepts, we get the best of both versions: An amazing animation drawn smoothly without lag.
