Art/OC: @That_one_Doofus Introducing Vulkon, Volcano in German, And his buddy Vladmire, a Russian, they are both villains. They use to have trainers, but unfortunately, they passed away after getting attack by a pack of Mightyena when they were just evolved. Scared, they fled, escaping with just a few minor scars that would never leave them. They began to develop a hatred towards everything, because after they were attacked, they tried to seek help but nobody wanted to help.
