This is a very simple tool designed to quickly convert a GB rom in hex string format (like DualGB uses) to the format GBC.sb2 uses, a list in decimal format.
You can convert files to hexadecimal here: http://tomeko.net/online_tools/file_to_hex.php?lang=en (Make sure to disable newlines and 0x separators) For roms above 200KB, you'll need to run this in Turbowarp to bypass the scratch list limit
