This is number 14, Thirsty from the Octo Expansion!
This is a remixed version of the Deepsea Metro theme for levels that normally have to do with timed tests or grind rails, OR BOTH. My theory is that Dedf1sh was another agent at a time. Possibly Agent 0, or subject 10,000. But the telephone saw so much potential in her, because she would always be talking about music. Then, Tar-Tar got an idea. He sanitized Dedf1sh, and she is now forced to make music for the Metro. Dedf1sh's name is supposed to represent that sanitized octolings have no soul or life left in them. (Also this is just my theory.)
