Sparksong was resting in the nursery, when she suddenly awoke in StarClan. She leaped up to her paws, when she realiazed she was no longer in RiverClan. "W-where am I?" She mewed, her heart pounding slightly. “What is this place...?” Blazepaw stared at her, his heart and eyes warm with love as he approached. "This is StarClan, my Star." She froze when she heard his voice. How could it be..? Could...it really be him...? She slowly turned around and meet his stare. She gasped softly, her heart no longer pounding. "B-blazepaw?" She studdered, as tears meet the edges of her eyes. Some tears shone in his eyes as well as he stared at her, stopping only a fox length away. He nodded with a small chuckle, making a few tears fall. She chocked up, her tears falling so rapidly it could have been mistaken for a waterfall. "I--I missed you so much!" She finally, managed out, as she stepped forward and nuzzled his chest. The golden furred tom pulled her close, wrapping his tail around her like he never wanted to let her go again. "I missed you too." He breathed, face buried in her fur. She sobbed into his fluffy fur, her ears flattened with grief. She couldn't make out words at the moment, too much sobbing with mixed in happy noises. He began to laugh at her sobbing, even though he was doing much of his own. Finally he pulled away, smiling. He hooked his tail beneath her chin and raised her head so she had no choice but to meet his eyes. "Hey hey, calm down okay?" He laughed, voice shaking from his own crying fit. She sobbed-choked, but it came out more as her own soft laugh. She wiped away some of her tears, with her paw before metting his eyes again. She smiled lovingly up at him, so happy to see him again. "Okay, okay, I'm calm," She mewed, snorting. "Good." He purred, nuzzling her. She purred back, laughing softly. "I missed you so much, Mr.Fluffy," She whispered, her voice back to normal again. "That makes two of us." He murmured, love practically making his eyes glow as he stared at her. She purred softly as she nuzzled his chest once more, before her face became a frown. "I'm...sorry you had to die at paws of my brother," She murmured, softly. He shrugged, still smiling. "It wasn't your fault." “It feels like it though! I should have been by your side that day,” She mewed, her voice full of regret. “Then you wouldn’t have died...” "I would've died either way, Sparksong. He only sped along the process." She gave a soft sigh after a moment. "I guess your right," She mumured, sitting down. "Anyways, have you...been watching me?" He nodded. "Yes. You're," He faltered. "You're doing great." "Really..? I don't know...Godlkit clearly still is mad at me, for 'lying' to him, and my relationship with my brother is worse than ever!" She mewed, frowning slightly. "He almost hurt Honeykit." The golden tom closed his eyes for a moment, sighing through his nose before looking back at her. "Kits can be mean, especially when they're trying to prove themselves." He laughed softly. "He'll come around. And I don't think you need Lynxstone anyways." "Yeah, I agree," She mewed, after a moment of thinking. Her small sweet smile returned, to her face, her emerald green eyes shining softly. "I'll always try my best for the kits and...still for you, Mr.Fluffy." He bit his tongue, smiling at her with sadness in his eyes. She looked down at her paws after a few moments, not knowing what to say next. He stared at his paws. Well, really he was staring into space. She finally found something to talk about. "Is...Silver here too?" She asked. He flinched slightly. "I-Yeah." "Is—is she okay? Have you talked with her...after she died..?" "N-Not a lot." He mumbled, glancing away. She shifted on her paws a little. "Is--soemthing wrong?" She finally asked, looking at him. "I just-These kits-... You shouldn't have to take care of them... They shouldn't even exist." He squeezed his eyes shut in shame. She looked down at her paws silently. "Meant to be not existing or yes, I love them with all of my heart. I couldn't let them die, out there, Blazepaw and you know it," She finally, mewed softly. "What kind of a cat would I be if I let them die? And they are your children, our children. You would wish that they died out there..?" "That's the thing though, they're not /our/ children, they're mine and Silver's!" He snapped before letting out a sigh. "They're a mistake..." "I know they are Silver's," She mewed, impatiently. "But I still consider myself as their mother to them, after their real mother died. And they aren't a mistake, Blazepaw, to me! They may be a mistake to you, because...you can't handle being a father..." "But, just... A-Are you not angry at me that they're... Silver's?" He asked, voice breaking. (This is a RP I had with Storm, between Sparksong and Blazepaw. It’s very heartwarming and sad at the same time. ;’3) She sighed after a moment, and nuzzled his cheek with her's. "No, not really. They may be Silver's, but I'm your mate and I never really had the time to think about it. I had to take care and be there for the kits. They may be not of my own blood, but I love them and I grew to know them and watch them grow." "I just wish I was there to help... I feel like I'm leaving you with some kind of burden that you shouldn't have to take care of. I wish I could be there to at least lessen the load...” She chuckled lovingly and softly, leaning into his fur. "You already are, my love. Just by knowing your watching me and kits, gives me comfort that even though your not with me physically, your there with me spiritually. Watching from the stars," She whispered. "And, your not leaving me with a burden, Blazepaw. Your giving me determination to keep going even though your not by my side any more, until I finally reunite with you in StarClan someday." He rested his head on hers, wrapping his tail around her as his pelt began to shimmer and the world began to blur. "I'll always be watching over you and the kits." He murmured gently, nuzzling her. "I love you." She closed her eyes, purring lovingly and softly. "And I love you too, so much," She mewed, touching her tail with his. "All the way to Silverpelt and back, and no less." He smiled at her lovingly as he began to fade. "Stay strong, Sparksong." Were his last words.
